We have a family friend that we've known since I was tiny. Her name is Carol, and she just so happens to live in Iowa...about an hour from where we are. Well Carol is the sweetest lady you will ever meet, she has been spoiling us since I can remember. And now that I have a child of my own and live so close to her... she continues to spoil Preston and I. (You should see the things she knit's for Preston, she is always amazing us with her incredible talents) Carol drives to town and takes Preston and I out to do lots of fun things, like fun days at the children's museum, takes us yummy places to eat lunch, shopping days, keeps me stocked up on fabric like crazy, and last week she took us to the Zoo which is  an hour away...yep she's that's awesome!

So we had tons of fun at the zoo seeing all the animals, feeding the animals, riding the train, and riding the carousel. We always have lots of fun when we are with Carol.

Preston even got an adorable little friend to take home from the zoo. After we ate some super yummy lunch, Carol took us to the mall and bought lots of adorable clothes for Preston and the baby, which got  me even more excited for our little man to arrive so we can take lots of cute picture of our two boys in their matching clothes!!

I mean check out this outfit...the matching shoes have got to be the most adorable things ever.

Thank you Carol for another fun adventure with you, and for keeping my little Preston looking mighty fine in his new wardrobe. We are so lucky to live so close to such an incredible friend.
