Last week I was taking a few pictures for my brother
Shane's new album cover (Which by the way I am super excited about) and Preston came along as well.
For those of you who know my brother know that he has a ROCKIN' voice and is incredible at the piano. Hopefully now that he has some good pictures for the album he will hurry and get it recorded.
We sat Preston down at the piano and he played us a few tunes for a good 5 minutes, he would have played longer but we needed the piano. And it was no ordinary banging ugly tunes, he was lightly playing a few notes at a time, cutest thing ever, He LOVED it! I can't wait for him to learn how to play the piano, and don't worry he WILL play the piano...it won't really be an option. Sorry Preston (Don't worry, it wasn't an option for me either & I turned out OK, I actually LOVED EVERY SECOND of it). But I know you will LOVE IT, and you will be SUPER good at it. Most importantly you will thank me later for all of the hours spent learning how to play, it is definitely worth it.
Oh how I LOVE MUSIC....especially music that comes from the PIANO. These pictures make me especially HAPPY!
Here is a little clip I have of Shane singing one of his songs(Do You Know Gavin?) from his new album. It's a pretty cheesy recording but I still love it! This song was written a while ago and now Shane has a little boy named GAVIN, how cute is that!
