Buds {For Life}

In my family(The Steels) the order of kids is...

Boy, Girl, Boy, Girl, Boy, Boy, Boy

All of us are very close and love being around each other. But I think we would all agree that there are two kids that seem to be inseparable.

Ryan and Tayler.

They're the two youngest brothers that are closest in age. And when I say inseparable I mean it. They are the ultimate best friends and have been for 17years.

So when I See Preston and Wesley hang all over each other and laugh their little guts out playing, I get so happy. I hope they are just like Ryan and Tayler. Inseparable, best buds.

I look at these pictures I get so excited for our next little boy to join the party.

Slingshot Buddies {Photoshoot}

Yesterday morning I decided it was time for another little photoshoot with my buddies. Don't worry, all I had to do was add a bag of popcorn and a jar of chocolate chips to my props and they were all in.

They loved ALMOST every minute of it I'm sure.

And I love that I'm going to have thousands of sweet little pictures of my boys when they are all grown up and bigger than me.

Skyler found his old slingshot while we were visiting his parents house a few weeks ago. How cool are slingshots? Don't they just scream BOY. I thought it was pretty awesome. So the slingshot definitely inspired this shoot.

And the fact that it's "Dad's" slingshot...practically an heirloom. :)

You may be asking yourself why Wesley only made it in 2 pictures...

And to that I will say, I seriously don't even know what was going on behind me. I turned around to find him sitting in his spilled fruit cup examining his foot that was now shoeless.

My Bathing {Buddies}

Have I ever mentioned how the bathtub/room is one of my favorite places to take photos

(Minus the fact that there are no windows in my bathroom, which calls for some nasty lighting).

The boys are contained into one small place that they love.

STUCK.

Just me and them.

You never know what beauties you are going to capture...

A New Little Nephew

Last Friday we headed to Kansas City to meet our new little nephew!

Nate Steel Andersen

He is the sweetest little thing and we were so lucky to be there to meet him. We had ourselves a little hospital photo shoot with 1 day old Nate....and than another photo shoot when he got home on day 2 (Those pictures will come later)! Congratulations to my wonderful sister and her sweet family.

We will be back to party in two weeks.

On Saturday we zoomed over to Home Depot before conference started and built some bird houses!

Can't wait to see Mr Nate again!

Wesley Shoot {2 1/2 Weeks}

Let me just mention how awesome this little guy is. Last night I fed Wes at 10:30pm and then he didn't wake up until 4:30am to eat...um hello 6 hour break, I LOVE YOU, and then he slept till 7:30 woohoo!!

Can you believe how big he already looks...not so newborn anymore :( He's growing way to fast and we just keep getting more and more in love with him!

(Skyler took the one's of me, nice job huh?...I was very impressed!)

Oh this sweet little boy has stolen my heart...how many times can you have your heart stolen? Cause I'm pretty sure mine belongs to 3 boys now!

I didn't actually think I would get any good one's so I just threw up my backdrop without ironing it...oops (so ignore that).

Wesley's First Photo Shoot

Wes was one week old in these pictures. I got a few good ones, but you'll have to wait a while to see my favorite one(it's going out on his announcement so I didn't want to ruin the surprise yet).
