Now that 2010 is here, here is a recap of the last few weeks of 2009. Christmas break was tons of fun, we spent it in Iowa at Skyler's parents. We had lots of fun with them making gingerbread houses, caroling, doing crafts, baking holiday goods, going to the dog races (which was really neat I loved it) and just spending time with each other. It snowed pretty much the whole time we were there, we definitely had a wonderful white christmas. After a week, we met up with my family and carpooled back to Idaho. We took a stop in Utah for a day to bless Brittany's baby, then we were back home in time to bring in the new year on the ski hill. Ok so for me more like in the ski lodge, but Skyler and the family had lots of fun actually on the hill. Now that the hectic but very fun holidays are over Skyler is back in school and I'm home doing crafts, cleaning, or whatever I can find that will keep my mind off the very anticipated arrival of our late new years package!
