Breaks & Boards {2015}
Spring break was low key this year. Skyler got the week off, but right smack dab in the middle of the week he had to be back prepping for boards. The week was a little split up.
First half of Spring break was spent with Skyler's family. We squeezed in trips to CoCoKey, The Amazing Pizza Machine, and a little date to the Temple for Skyler and I.
We headed home on Wednesday morning, just in time for Skyler to get to boards orientation day. Thursday we lounged at home, made little snack bags for his patients, and made sure Skyler was ready for his big day.
Friday morning bright and early Skyler headed to the school for boards. FINAL BOARDS. Can you even believe it? 4 boards and he's finally done with them. He finished up with all his patients by 5 so we decided to bolt to Kansas City to finish off the rest of our Spring break.

We were so relieved to hear good news. Such a weight off his shoulders. We are super proud of him. Because in case you don't know...boards are a really big HUGE deal. Like you fail and you're done...good luck next time.
End half of Spring break was spent in KC at my Sister's house. They were blessing their new little baby that Sunday so it was a perfect excuse to meet little Louie for the first time.
Oh and we can't forget these little buddies. They followed each other everywhere. We (and they) can't wait for this Summer when we all move to the same town.
