Happy Easter From the Romriells
The boys were beyond excited when they woke up to their Easter basket chucked full of candy...who wouldn't be. Just glad the Easter Bunny "didn't forget" how much the Mom loves candy too. Baskets for everyone at this house:)
After church we had a little Easter dinner with our friends, David & Kami. I probably mention them all the time...it's cause we love them so much!
On a side note: (And especially after seeing this adorable picture) Have decided that I would be 100% happy with having all boys. Sweetest little things ever. And seeing them with their Dad just melts my heart. (getting off topic) moving on...
Since I don't have little girls to decorate and be all girlie with, I just decided that I will do an all out beautifully decorated dinner for every holiday (well...the bigger holidays that is). And since I'm on a serious budget, they will be on the simpler side for now (no more than $5-$20)...so obviously they won't really be "all out beautifully decorated" for a few more years.
This is my first.
And I LOVED it.
Preston helped make the name cards. So fun.
{The colors are a little bright in the pictures. Just imagine more pastel than you see here}
We're "Dyeing" over here.
Always one of my favorite things to do the Saturday before Easter. The boys are starting to love it too.
We went to an Easter egg hunt. Preston got 1 egg, Wes got 2 (and gave 1 to Prest). We won't be going to that egg hunt next year :( Preston is confused with the whole Easter Bunny thing still. He's not sure if the Easter bunny is a small hopping bunny or a big puffy stuffed one....that's what he told me.
Such a wonderful time of year. The weather is warming up and things are getting more beautiful by the day, what a great time to reflect on our Savior Jesus Christ and all that he has done for us. So grateful I get to be with my family forever. And enjoying many memories with them along the way.
