Burn Baby Burn
This last week Preston had the misfortune of experiencing his first burn. He touched the stove (apparently it hadn't been long enough for it to cool off). So we listened to this poor little guy the rest of the night say, "it hurts Mommy, it hurts Daddy" then he would cry for a while and then he would go at it again...."It hurts Mommy, it hurts Daddy."
After a while Skyler grabbed a cup of cold water and it did the trick, he finally calmed down enough to fall asleep within minutes. Poor thing, hope he remembers to never do that again.
